What is it to be young?
Friday, 7 September 2012
Dynamics and equations of youth with living life style has been changing at fast pace. Pouring in the buckets of stormy ideas, with thanks to our movies, youth has diversified its tentacles. Presently, to some, it’s more like a movie character being played by immature heads. Grabbing the influence of movies, youngster are found with peculiar pressures and posing hard to be in one of the narrated characters. Every individual nourishes his appearance imbued by the hottest trends. It has started to get big on them with mind vacillate here and there. Fairly speaking, it pisses me off, how the non-serious got tinged with young heads. Getting hooked with seriousness has to be done to pull them up. The curve ball being thrown will scatter the personalities and diffuse the confusion in them.
We use technology to browse ourselves benefits, but what a big turn is off and miffs me is the misuse of it. This leads to encapsulating of evil traits and signs. The out burst of frustration is alarming. Availability to adult stuff such as movies at every nook and cranny is giving rise to hullabaloo by parents. Giving rise to wide range of arguments and leading into conflicts in two generation. Moreover, youth is slated to get jiggy with “Dating” lately. Considering it valuable and must thing to do. The trend is embellished with the seeing concept. Hadn’t they seen the ancestors with stanch stickiness to live their lives dictated by the cultural norms? How has this trait been attached to the cultural values of the conservative land?
The tentacles have expanded its arms into many westernized styles. Candle lit dinners, dancing in the rain, spending long hours in cafes, partying, smoking, drinking (sometimes) have all become essential part of this age. The title tattle with coffees is preferred over studying hours. Celebrating events such as valentines since when have been so important? Are we trying a tad hard to be tagged as “modernized” by scattering our vision?
Honestly speaking, freedom must be provide to our youth, space where they can breathe in, understanding to skin in and talents to be discovered at comfy and cushy rate. But the line must be drawn where the enjoyment ends and deviance begins. Spending a lot more time on useless set of activities, non stop chatting and hanging out late. On the other side, I believe, the parents often blow the mono hull into a castle. Today’s youth is fed with changing world dynamics; no one has appeared to display a sudden change in the behavior. It has been with the changing time that has brought a change in trends and thus, thoughts On the contrary, if the weight of trust is laid upon the young shoulders it’d generate respect erasing infidelity and returning the embrace.
When it comes to showing results one may feel that why are the books not so inviting? Despite educationally rich environments are provided in abundance in educational institutions. The copy paste habit has scaled down the performances of students once predicted at provision of technology. Bevy of students have their heads drooped down while setting new trends in learning. It seems as the electrifying enthusiasm hasn’t got its battery charged up in terms of showing colorful results. On average, the average percentage of students have been showing results up to snuff and satisfying the bulk of teachers. The rest remain busy in peace talks with parents and teachers over low performances.
Although there is no particular time and age to learn but the early years of life must be spared to learning only when usually a student is free of responsibilities. It is sad the youth cares a fig. The vision appears to be blurry. No direction is defined in their frame of mind. The point where the bulk of youth is lagging behind is of having defined goals, vision and vigor. The only thing to be worried about is to bring them back on track. It’s not a movie where every thing gets better at the end. The reality is bitter here. The script of our lives must be narrated by our hard work. Checks on moods, attitudes, behaviors and beliefs can untie the knots of friction. Today we need a serious mind to define a goal for himself and crave a name as a Pakistani on world map. Its pity how the great brains who penned down books, conduct researches and embed new light into the world are immensely few in number from our homeland. World record holders, awards winners, inventors always have us in the missing. If today this generation would stand up against all the odds and put in sweat from eye brows, this nation will spin at faster rate. The run rate of performances in all the fields, setting new records will be increased.

Yes, you are perfectly right...Actually, with all the exposure and resources our generation has endless freedom from their parents rather than guided freedom. Secondly, too much options and distractions have also consumed their time and energies and hinder their focus.
